Email support@fudge3d.com for product, account, licence, billing and general support questions. Include enough detail for us to understand what happened, and add your Fudge3d account email when the question concerns an account or subscription.

Send reproducible product issues to support@fudge3d.com. Include what you were doing, the result you expected and what happened instead. If the issue depends on your operating system or Fudge3d version, include those details as well. Do not send confidential creative files unless the support team specifically asks for something necessary to investigate the problem.

Email support@fudge3d.com and include the email address on your Fudge3d account and the Paddle order or transaction reference from your receipt. You can also use the Paddle billing portal linked from your dashboard. Read the Refund Policy for the complete terms.

A Pro subscription can be activated on up to three devices. You can manage activated devices from your Fudge3d dashboard.

Creative AI operations run locally. Pro keeps a signed entitlement on your computer for 30 days and may refresh it while you are online, while account, licence and payment services may require a connection. The free FBX, OBJ and GLB viewer itself needs no account or network connection.

The free Fudge3d viewer opens FBX, OBJ and GLB files. Supported generation and export formats should be checked separately because the final output-format matrix is still being validated.
